Processing & Delivery Times
Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 1-2 business days
- Orders placed on weekends will be processed on Monday
- You'll receive a tracking number once your order ships

Delivery Time
- Standard delivery: 3-6 business days across India
- Total time: 4-8 business days (including processing)
- Remote areas may take additional 1-2 days

Shipping Coverage
Pan-India Delivery
We currently ship to all major cities and towns across India. Our delivery network covers metro cities, tier-2 cities, and most remote locations. If you're unsure about delivery to your location, please contact us before placing your order.

Packaging & Handling
Secure Packaging
All fragrances are carefully wrapped in bubble wrap and placed in sturdy boxes to prevent damage during transit. We use moisture-resistant packaging to protect against humidity and temperature changes.

Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number via email and SMS. You can track your shipment in real-time using this number on our courier partner's website.

Special Circumstances
Festival Seasons
During peak seasons (Diwali, Valentine's Day, etc.), delivery times may be extended by 1-2 days.

Weather Delays

Remote Areas

International Shipping
