Important Notice
No Returns Policy: Due to the nature of fragrances and personal care products, we do not accept returns except for damaged products. We recommend trying our sample packs before purchasing full-size bottles.
Our Policy
At RxR Perfumery, we stand behind the quality of our products. Due to the personal nature of fragrances and hygiene considerations, we maintain a strict no-returns policy. However, we are committed to ensuring you make informed purchases and are satisfied with your fragrance choices.
We don't entertain any refund instead we will provide store credit.
Damaged Products
We will accept returns and provide exchange only in the following cases:
- Products received damaged or broken during shipping
- Leaking or defective fragrance bottles
- Wrong item shipped due to our error
- Products that are significantly different from description
Note: Damaged items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.
Replacement Timeline: For wrong and defective products, an exchange will be delivered within 7 days after confirmation.
Exchange Timeline: Exchange delivery timeframe will be 5-7 days.

Timeframe
24 hours Window
Exchange requests must be initiated within 24 hours of delivery. After this period, we cannot process exchanges except for defective products.
How to Request an Exchange

Step 2: Provide Details
Include photos of the product and packaging if claiming damage or defect.
Step 3: Return Authorization
We'll provide a return authorization number and shipping instructions if approved.
Step 4: Ship the Item
Package the item securely and ship using the provided instructions.
Store Credit
How to Earn Store Credits
Earn store credits automatically with every purchase:
- 1% of purchase amount as store credits (1 credit = ₹1)
- Minimum purchase of ₹100 required to earn credits
- Maximum 50 credits per order
- Credits are awarded when your order is delivered
In addition to automatic earning, we may offer store credit instead of direct exchanges in these cases:
- When the desired exchange item is out of stock
- For customer satisfaction gestures
- When original payment method is no longer valid
Store credit is valid for 12 months from the date of issue and can be used for any future purchases.
Processing Time: Store credit will be credited to your account within 24 hours of approval.
How to Report Damaged Items
Reporting Process
- Contact us within 24 hours of delivery
- Provide your order number and detailed description of damage
- Include clear photos showing the damaged product and packaging
- Keep all original packaging until resolution
We will review your case and provide instructions for return/replacement within 24 hours.
